Annual General Meeting 2025
On Sunday, December 14, 2025, at the premises of Thessaloniki Association “The White Tower”, 439 High Street Northcote about fifty members of the Association convened to for the Annual General Meeting. The atmosphere was celebratory mainly because of the important functions organised by the Committee during the year. Also, because of the longevity of the Association, one of the eldest clubs in Melbourne.

- Reading of minutes from the last AGM in 2024
- Welcome and report by President Mr Paul Mavroudis OAM
- Report by the financial committee.
- Report by the treasury
- General elections, where 15 members we elected to the Board of Directors.
- General discussion
- Free 3-course meal and drinks for all attending.
No changes to the Constitution were actioned.
Four new members of the Executive were added to the committee, whilst two other members retired.
